These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Scrply (hereinafter "Scrply", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at scrply.cam and all associated services, games, products, and features offered therein.

Scrply operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting users in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. Our platform provides access to online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, and related entertainment products.

By accessing scrply.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the scrply.cam website, mobile-optimised interface, and all related services operated by Scrply.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the Platform, subject to successful verification.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an account and is authorised to use the Platform.
• "Wallet" / "Player Balance" means the real-money funds credited to a Player's account, available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by Scrply that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age, and address verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagered funds that a game is expected to return to players over a statistically significant number of rounds.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency accepted by the Platform for real-money transactions.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, USDT, and BTC, as updated from time to time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Scrply, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum — no exceptions are permitted.
• You are a natural person (individual human being). Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of Scrply or any associated service provider.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by Scrply for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by Scrply or any third-party responsible gambling body.

Scrply reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, or where applicable law requires it.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Before processing any withdrawal, Scrply requires the successful completion of identity verification. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement header).
• A selfie photograph or video verification, as required by our compliance team.

Scrply may request additional documentation at any time where required for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, fraud prevention, or as required by our licensing conditions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

Scrply accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following Supported Payment Methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT and BTC are also accepted and credited at prevailing exchange rates at the time of deposit.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction for most payment methods. Specific minimums and maximums may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits made via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited instantly to the Player's account balance.
• Deposits made via FPX or direct bank transfer may take between 5 and 15 minutes to process depending on the Player's bank.
• All funds deposited must belong to the Player. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and may trigger account suspension.
• Scrply does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside our control.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted but are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate fluctuation between deposit initiation and credit.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) subject to the conditions set out below.

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. During peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional review where the amount, frequency, or pattern of withdrawals triggers our AML monitoring systems.
• Scrply reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal that exceeds RM10,000 or any amount that Scrply reasonably determines requires enhanced due diligence.

Scrply offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the combined total of the deposit amount and bonus amount (e.g., a 35x requirement on a RM50 deposit + RM144 bonus = RM6,790 in qualifying wagers required).
• Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum bet amounts during active bonus wagering are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bets placed on games that contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements (as specified in the promotion terms) may not fully count toward bonus clearance.
• Scrply reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus at any time if it determines that a player is abusing the promotion, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player under any circumstances.

All games available on the Scrply platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each game and represent statistically expected outcomes over a large number of rounds.

• Players must use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Players may not use the Platform in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the services, servers, or networks connected to the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, Scrply reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant wagers to the Player's balance. No further liability arises from technical errors.
• Scrply's game logs and transaction records constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the Platform's records take precedence over any records held locally by a Player's device.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Scrply platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and may result in reports being made to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the intent of any promotion.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or convert the proceeds of criminal activity. Scrply has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and co-operates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, or engaging in chargebacks without legitimate grounds after placing wagers.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or operate an account while under the age of 21.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated wagering scripts, screen-scraping tools, or any software that automates or manipulates gameplay.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse other users, Scrply staff, or support agents.

Scrply is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with tools to maintain control over their gambling activity. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial distress.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. These limits restrict the amount of real-money funds a Player can lose within the specified period.
• Session time reminders: Players may activate session duration reminders that alert them when they have been logged in for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may contact our support team via live chat to initiate a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, any attempt to reopen the account or create a new account will be denied.
• Reality check: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications that display the duration of the current session and net win/loss figures.

All content on the Scrply platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game content, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Scrply or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Scrply.
• The Scrply name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks. Their use in any form without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Game content available on the Platform is licensed from third-party game studios and is subject to those studios' intellectual property rights. Scrply does not grant any rights in respect of third-party game content beyond the limited licence granted herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scrply, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or errors that result in the unavailability of the Platform or the loss of in-progress game sessions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions or omissions by third-party game studios whose content is accessible through the Platform.

Scrply's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Scrply reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account with or without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Scrply reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Applicable law, a regulatory instruction, or a court order requires Scrply to do so.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Where an account is closed voluntarily and there is a positive real-money balance, Scrply will process a refund to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding KYC requirements.

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Scrply reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to RM10 per month to dormant accounts where a positive balance remains. Players will be notified before the inactivity fee commences. The total inactivity fee applied will not exceed the remaining account balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scrply holds its international operating licence.

Scrply operates under an international online gambling licence. The Platform does not claim regulation by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, or any other Malaysian government authority, as no such regulatory framework currently governs online gambling operators for the Malaysian market.

In the event of any dispute between Scrply and a Player, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via the Platform's support channels. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Scrply reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notice posted on the Platform and, where we hold a verified email address, via email notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 above.

Minor amendments such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes may be made without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision.
